Chocolate Fudge

A Classic Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

1 Cup Instant Chocolate
1 1/2 Cups White Sugar
3/4 Cup Evaporated Milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon Butter
1/2 Cup Chopped Nuts (Optional)

Instructions

Mix together all ingredients except vanilla and nuts and boil 5 minutes stirring constantly.
Test (Remove from Heat while Testing)
Add Vanilla, mix in and cool 5 minutes. (Do not stir while cooling)
Beat approximately 5 minutes.
Add Optional Nuts
Spread in a buttered dish.
(this recipe can be doubled)
